Mur-Cal Chess Club

The Club will promote the learning and playing of chess with meetings, lessons, and tournaments among people of all ages. We normally meet on Thursday from 5:00-7:30 PM in the Curris Center. The club is managed by the parents of chess playing children from both school systems and those who are home schooled. In W. KY, W Bell, T Knight, J Patterson, and J Hereford and others serve as coaches, teachers, and tournament directors. Check here to see what is happening on any given evening.

Welcome to the blog

Hello chess friends,

I have just started a blog for the murray-calloway county chess club. I am hoping this will be a success, so please let me know if you have any tips, changes, new ideas, etc. as I am a bit new to this. Thanks!
